Production area: Monteiasi, Montemesola.
Altitude: 30 meters above sea level.
Vinification: Harvesting by hand in boxes, selection of grapes, pressing, destemming, fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature.
Aging: In new barriques for 12 months.
Food pairing: Pasta with meat sauces, red meats, hard and semi-hard cheeses.
