Straw yellow with green reflections, Finis has hints of green peach and tangerine on the nose, on the palate, in highlight, the freshness of citrus peel well married to a softness that contributes to a pleasant after-drinking.

    Mechanical harvest, soft pressing, static clarification, fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature (14°-16°).

  • Ageing:

    In steel tanks “sur lies” for 2 months.

    Aperitifs, fish dishes, fresh ricotta cheese, stringy cheese
