Cherry pink, with brilliant reflections. Taranta has hints of red fruit and morello cherry on the nose, on the palate in evidence freshness and vivacity well married to a smoothness which contributes to a pleasing palate.


  • Grapes:

    Negroamaro, Malvasia

  • Altitude:

    20 meters s.l.m.

  • Processing:

    Mechanical harvesting, soft pressing, static clarification, fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature (14°-16°).

  • Ageing:

    In steel tanks “sur lies” for 2 months.

  • Food pairing:

    Aperitifs, fish dishes, fresh stringy cheese
