Each package is made unique by a ceramic bottle holder, which can also be kept in the fridge together with the bottle, entirely hand made and decorated. An exclusive design, elegant and minimalist, with warm tones that evoke the hot Apulian sun and the crystal clear waters of the sea of Taranto, but which are also the typical colors of Grottaglie’s decorative tradition.

  • Type of farming: Spurred cordon espalier.
  • Production area: Monteiasi, Montemesola and neighboring areas in the province of Taranto.
  • Altitude: 20 meters above sea level.
  • Vinification: Mechanical harvesting, soft pressing, static clarification, slow fermentation in steel for 30 days, permanence on the yeasts.
  • Refinement: in bottle for two months.
  • Food pairing: shellfish and hard or blue cheeses.

Riserva Negroamaro e Malvasia Nera 2015

Depicted on the label is the coat of arms of the Ammazzalorsa family, the family from which the current owners are descended.

Deep red color with violet hues, hints of ripe red fruits, spicy and toasty notes from the oak. With a round taste, important tannins to soft and ripe. Permanence on the palate and nose.

Barone Pazzo is a wine of remarkable extracts, whose softness highlights a well dosed tannic mass, which gives at the same time balance and consistency.

Negroamaro riserva

Dark red color with violet reflections, hints of blackberry and plum accompanied by spicy and toasted oak notes. Lago della Pergola is smooth to the touch, with the tannic mass wrapped in softness to give remarkable persistence.

Malvasia nera

Ruby color with violet reflections, hints of cherry, persistent hints of wild strawberry on the nose. The Passito is smooth on the palate and reveals a light sweet note in the finish.
