Minutolo

The nose has hints of orange blossom, lime tree, exotic fruits such as papaya and pineapple. Crè has an excellent acidity which does not detract from the roundness of the taste.

Olfactory hints of peach and white melon as well as balsamic notes that add depth to the nose. Laureato, wide palate, where the pear dominates and in swallowing the freshness of mandarin.

Umi

Chardonnay first selection

When the Mediterranean meets the Pacific Umi, which means “sea” in Japanese, tells of the harmonious union between our Mediterranean sun and the versatility of Chardonnay.

A fresh wine of great flavor and harmony, it was born from a passion for sushi combined with the Mediterranean tradition of eating raw fish.

Intense and floral of mimosa on the nose, it has notes of exotic fruit, mango and banana.

Clean and sapid palate, excellent persistence.

Straw yellow with green reflections, Finis has hints of green peach and tangerine on the nose, on the palate, in highlight, the freshness of citrus peel well married to a softness that contributes to a pleasant after-drinking.
