- Form of cultivation: Cordon-trained espalier.
- Winemaking: Mechanical harvesting, soft pressing, static clarification, fermentation in Charmat method autoclave.
- Aging: In bottle for two months.
- Food pairing: Raw and cooked fish, white meats, cheeses. Appetizers and fried foods.
Organoleptic properties:
On the nose, aromas of red berries and cherries. Fine perlage and dry taste, perfect for any pairing.
