- Winemaking: Mechanical harvesting, grape selection, pressing, de-stemming, alcohol fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature.
- Aging: four months in steel, two months in bottle

Organoleptic properties:
Ruby color with purple reflections, hints of cherry and plum, in a context of good freshness and clarity, in the mouth it presents a well-soft and balanced tannin.
