Made from Malvasia nera grapes that are dried before being fermented, resulting in a reduction or elimination of the water in the grape. A typical dessert wine, ideal to end dinner with, it’s great with sweets and dried fruit, and also perfect as a “meditation” wine.

- Grapes: Bacca nera
- Winemaking: Drying on the vine, hand-picked in crates, grape selection, crushing, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature.
- Aging: In bottle for three months.
- Food pairing: Sweet wine for the end of a meal, almond sweets and dry biscuits.
Organoleptic properties:
Intense purple-red color with garnet reflections, cherry and rose flower notes. Silky taste, with tannins that balance the sugar.
