A red wine obtained from our oldest Negroamaro vineyards in the territory, selected at harvest and carefully vinified. The Lake of the Pergola is a wine with intense color, convivial, warm and enveloping, ideal for social moments or for a moment of meditation.

- Winemaking: Collection, grape selection, crushing, de-stemming, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature.
- Aging: In contact with wood for 12 months, recommended in the bottle for 12 months.
- Food pairing: Grilled and roasted red meats, hard and semi-hard aged cheeses.
Organoleptic properties:
Deep red color with violet reflections, reminders of blackberry and plum accompanied by spicy and toasted notes of oak. Silky on the palate, with tannins wrapped in softness to give remarkable persistence.
