- Grapes: Chardonnay
- Vinification: Mechanical harvest, soft pressing, static clarification, fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature (14°-16°C).
- Aging: In steel tanks "sur lies" for two months.
- Food pairing: Aperitifs, fish dishes, fresh ricotta, stretched curd cheeses.
Organoleptic properties:
Pale yellow with green reflections, on the nose it presents hints of green peach and mandarin, on the palate the freshness of citrus peel is well balanced with a softness that contributes to a pleasant post-deglutition.
